"Great new hotel, sound proofing is fantastic. Restaurant is good if the menu is somewhat limited. Gym and spa was still under construction during my stay so there was some noise during the day but I’m sure they will be worth the wait. A range of different pillows would be nice. "

"I think you sold us a dream when in your listing you said two rooms but upstairs wasn't a room at all as I you couldn't stand or move at all. The toilet door couldn't even lock at all which should be fixed immediately. The tv wasn't working. There wasn't barely any space especially in both bed rooms as the one downstairs they weren't any space at either side of the bed. There was no microwave at all. You left an ice cream in your freezer which was unprofessional. Conclusion the basic need of being able to lock a toilet, have a tv that works, honesty about the amount of bedrooms because the one upstairs is not even a room, leaving ice cream in the frezzer and not having a microwave is just very poor to be honest. So to improve just be honest about the details of the apartment and fix the basic needs that every customer should expect to have."
