Alsik er et super flot og velholdt hotel. Spaen er virkelig flot og super dejlig at være i. Personalet på hotellet er skønt og prøver helt klart at få dig til at føle dig velkommen og tilpas. Alt i alt super skønt og helt klart pengene værd! Der vil jeg gerne komme igen

Great hotel with messy web and unclear SPA info.
Great new hotel with amazing rooms. Our room was at a corner of the building with a great view of the city. The website is a mess and is very unclear on what SPA sevices are included, descriptions/photos and what isfree and what is not. Even at the hotel the SPA admin is unclear and troublesome. However SPA and Nordic SPA are both good and clean and they are not cheap.

Nice room and nice place with a perfect view. The service was horrible. We couldt get neither lunch nor dinner at the hotel because they were too busy. No kindness among the staff and a part of the spa was closed.

Very disappointing service
Very disappointed about the service. When booking room we were advised by reception to book table in restaurant about week upfront, but all restaurants were fully booked and there was not possibility to make an extra table for 2 (!!!) pers. We called earlier and asked for earlier check-in as we were traveling with a dog, which ended with 2 hours waiting. After 1,5hours waiting we were offered complimentary coffee and water for our dog. No discount / upgrade for spa etc was offered, also reception didn’t ask about how was our stay at check-out. Common spa area was not worse trying- we left it just after entering due it was overcrowded. I’m traveling a lot because of work and have never experienced so bad service, definitely not worse staying.

We did´t get any information about new open hours over Christmas in the SPA before we arrived. So unfortunately we did not have time to use the spa Room was fine as always, but this time it was impossible to get it heated up, so two days in a cold room was not optimal. It is bad style that there is only soap in the tubs in the bathroom and there are no cream and other toliet articles. Its not a SPA hotel worthy

God beliggenhed og dejlige værelser
God beliggenhed dejligt område tæt på stranden og Sønderborg slot. Pænt og rent værelse. Stor morgenbuffet med alt hvad hjertet begær også hvis du har brug gluten/laktosefri varer.Der er Resturant hvor du kan vælge at spise din aftensmad. Alt i alt en god atmosfære. Så kan anbefale et ophold på Alsik.
