"This was my second time staying at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia, and once again it exceeded all expectations. I traveled solo this time and had an absolutely fabulous experience. I fully embraced everything the resort has to offer, often doing three to four different activities and fitness classes a day. There is such a great variety that it’s easy to stay motivated, energized, and inspired throughout the day. In between activities, I enjoyed incredible meals that were both delicious and nourishing.
