"This was my second time staying at BodyHoliday in St. Lucia, and once again it exceeded all expectations. I traveled solo this time and had an absolutely fabulous experience. I fully embraced everything the resort has to offer, often doing three to four different activities and fitness classes a day. There is such a great variety that it’s easy to stay motivated, energized, and inspired throughout the day. In between activities, I enjoyed incredible meals that were both delicious and nourishing. BodyHoliday truly strikes the perfect balance between wellness and indulgence. I also met so many other solo travelers, which made the experience even more enjoyable—there’s a real sense of community that forms naturally. A special thank you to the Bodyguards, who go above and beyond to keep you engaged, supported, and entertained. Their energy, encouragement, and genuine care make a huge difference and really elevate the entire experience. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. "We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10"
