"Me and my fiancé booked this hotel based off the reviews. They were listed as a 7.8/10 which did not make sense , because of how the hotel was rated so high, but very poor inside. KC Inn did not have clean rooms even though we arrived hours after the check in time. The nice lady at the front desk was great. She was respectful , kept apologizing , she even went and cleaned a room so we didn’t have to haul all of our luggage to the second floor. I do not remember her name but she was a nice lady, with curly dark hair , more light skinned.(This hotel does NOT have a elevator) The room we stayed in did have a water smell to it which was unpleasant, the bed was very comfortable, most comfortable bed we have ever come across in a hotel, the shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way across the shower , so a bunch of water went outside the shower and we had to lay down extra towels, and the sink clogged the first day we used it. They were short staffed for housekeepers so our room did not get touched up. The bed was clean, bathroom was clean, carpet was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great! They did not have many options for food or drinks. Only have milk and waffles."
