"Understaffed. Smells funky. Cold pool. AC unit in room did not work. Went to the desk to ask for help. There is never actually anyone at the front desk. Was told maintenance would be up to help. This was at 10.30 at night. No one came so by 11 I went to the front desk to ask for a new room. I can’t sleep in a room where the temp is 79 degrees. We were given a new room one floor up. When we got all of our stuff up there we settled in for the early morning. Went to the bathroom and found a friend in the tub. Once one friend is found I cannot sleep so we checked out and were in a new hotel by 12:30 am."

"Property was new and well taken care of. Super friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and although typical hotel offerings the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable, towels were soft and fluffy, quiet between rooms."

"I have stayed here multiple times and the experience has not been much different. The front desk staff is typically unfriendly and unable to help with minor issues. Check in took nearly 15 minutes for a prepaid room. The room itself is fine and serves its purpose. "

"The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room. Linen was not as comfortable as I would prefer. TV was old and all of kids channels didnt have sound which was frustrated; we have a 4yr old. We didnt eat at the restaurant there but there are plenty of food spots in the area. Overall it wasnt bad just small issues that could be improved on. "

"It's ok for the price. Don't expect much. Ask for a room with no carpet. Breakfast is definitely continental, we didn't even eat there. "
