"I had already checked in around noon on April 3, and was told I would be notified when the room was ready. After receiving a text message confirming my room is ready and top by the front desk. I returned to the Hotel in the evening, but was required to be in the queue for check-in again. The line was long, and I waited for about 20 minutes, which was quite unreasonable and frustrating."

The property is not well maintained, they charge more than fair, and they take no responsibility. I emailed and called numerous times, only to be routed to different people who said there's nothing they can do. Absolutely horrible!! "
