Hi Edward, I want to take this opportunity to say that your accusation of having someone else's feces on your toilet bowl the morning of your check out day was truly outrageous. we have never had any guest complain of anything like this before. we nevertheless, have tried to help you but you black mail us to have a free room. thank you for this review. we will notify all our hotels about your modus operandi.

Hi Riley, I am very sorry for what you have experienced. we do not usually let the guest wait for a long time. My Front desk staff noted that there was another guest needing help with their television set up and it took longer than expected for her to fix it. We only have 1 person working for the entire night shift and it could be challenging sometimes if there are other guests requesting to have us come up their room to fix something. We are a fairly small hotel so we only have 1 staff during the evenings. I have spoken to all the FD staff regarding this incident and we are going to work harder to improve our service to our guests. Again, I apologize for the way we made you feel and we hope you can give us another chance to prove you we are better than that. thank you and take care.
