"Very patient and flexible staff.Somehow my reservation with hotel.com was not communicated to them so waited outdoors for awhile.Very good deal with not much going on in Amherst."

"Stephanine's cottage was sparkling clean. The view from inside and outside the cottage highlighted the beautiful fall colours. The inside was cozy and warm."

"The double room was fine for what we paid for the night. We needed a bed(s) for the night and this Inn fit the bill. If you wanted to be wined and dined, go to another facility. The Inn was dated to the 70's but we were not there for the fancy rooms. Room was nice and warm. Air conditioning was available but not required. Standard fridge and micro wave for a motel. Only had tea available in the room and coffee available in the office. Breakfast available only a short distance away ( about 5 minutes ). Small TV with limited channels on cable. Inn was quiet with a few other guests. No bathroom fan available in this particular unit. ( NOT broken, None Installed ) Located in a small university town with the usual eateries close to the Inn. I would stay here again mainly because of the very reasonable price charged for the night. Beds were comfortable. Only staff that I dealt with was the check in/out manager. Available by phone after hours and probably in person to deal with any problems. Parking available immediately in front of the unit. Inn was easy to fine near the main highway but we did not detect any traffic noise."

"Very charming log cabin. Cozy. Well equipped. Host was quick to respond to questions. Couldn’t find a guidebook so we had to google a few things (microwave / convection oven). Overall a relaxing getaway!"

"Such a great cottage! Very private and peaceful, with hiking trails right off the backyard. The cottage itself had everything I needed, was clean and organized and very comfortable. Great spot!"
