Standard, albeit clean business hotel. Not a vacation hotel but a stop-over. Breakfast is below standard in that the eggs are from, I believe, a box and the sausages were a overdone. Lots of carbs available. Wooden cutlery- gross. I don't know what happened to hotel prices but $300 a night is steep for this kind of hotel. From here to Halifax a there were no other rooms available so maybe it was a supply and demand thing.

The person checking us in was great! Friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but musty smelling and the pillows are horrible. The website states there is a garden. There is not! The chairs outside the room are wooden and falling apart, and there were people smoking on the sidewalks outside our room, meaning we couldn't have our windows/screen open. We asked for a non smoking king sized bed and got a room with two queen beds. The room was an ok stay for one night. Kudos to the host checking us in. They were fantastic!
