East Jesus. An art installation tucked into the far end of Slab City. The artists do live here full time, but you're unlikely to meet them. The two times I've been here I've never seen a soul. . East Jesus is slang for way off the beaten path, and this is certainly where you end up. Of all the wild things in this art area, the wall of TVs is something else. A general rebuke of society and our media driven lives, you feel the monolith surrounding you both literally and metaphorically. .
