Check-in around midnight was very easy, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room, however, felt a bit too dim—I’d suggest adding another lamp to improve the lighting. The design also seemed quite dated. On the positive side, the location was good staffs was helpful.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby restaurants and shops. The TV menu has a full list. Also, they have a nice complimentary pillow menu that I sure took advantage of. We used overnight laundry service and asked that clothes be ready by 8am. When called at 7:30am to see if it could be delivered, the staff was at our door with it within minutes. Absolutely impressive. They also offered us a late checkout without us requesting it. But there was no need because we had to catch the next flight home. And let’s talk about their toiletries! Oh my! The shampoo is just amazing! It felt like honey on my hair and made it smell and feel so good! Needless to say, if we are ever back, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Luxury for a very affordable price. 11/10!

Wonderful location and beautiful premises. Restaurants on premises are excellent.

The entire staff is it extremely accommodating and polite and efficient. Special shout out to the folks that have all the baggage has that was done so nicely. I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively.

What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay.
