"The room was very spacious, clean, and we had everything what we needed. Bathroom was for disabled and one minus was that there was no shiwer curtain so the water was spraying everywhere (on toilet as well) but that was not end of world. Staff was very helpful and kind. They have tried to accomodate all of our needs, were very helpful with freezing our freezer units, which we were relying on during our travels. They were very positive and recommended some experience in Swansea on rainy day. Breakfast was amazing, there was a lot to choose from, fresh smoothie, loose tea (not ussuall but great perk) and it was with lovely view(felt like in small Jungle) We would 100% stayed again, thisbplace is close to motorway and perfect spot for discovering and traveling around South Wales."

"TV not working. Dated room but comfortable and perfectly acceptable. Very basic breakfast. Spa with 75% of facilities operational."

"The window lock was broken and couldn't open, the toilet seat was loose, the chair has a screw came off and not balance, no fridge for storing cold drink, the facilities didn't mention the age limit so we couldn't go to the sana room as planned when we booked it. "

"Although the main area was a little dated the rooms were modern, clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were fabiulous so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Special shoutout to Liz who looked after us during breakfast (fabulous service and a genuinely nice person) and th gentleman who was th night porter. Both outstanding members of staff who delivered excellent service "

"I wouldn’t say the room was the cleanest, I dropped something from my case which went under the bed and oooh that hadn’t been done for a while ! I was given an access room at street level, but it was noisy, both from above and outside. My 2nd night required earplugs to be worn to get to sleep. "
