Weekend away
Very pleasant stay, we had a small issue but once known it was sorted immediately. Breakfast was excellent I would recommend this B and B to everyone.

Nice stay
Lovely b&b with nice friendly hosts. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The location was excellent near to all amenities, all in all a great place to stay.

Near all shops had a very warm welcome and breakfast you couldn’t fault only moan was in quite big and shower was small but managed will diffidently be booking again

Good value for money
Clean, comfortable with a nice mattress and bedding. Had the king sized bed ( front room) overlooking the park. Breakfast was amazing!

Excellent hosts , extremely clean accommodation, breakfast really good quality food. Situated near the shops, everything within a few minutes walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Brenda Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to see you have only awarded us 2 out of 10 for your stay. Unfortunatly, as you have not left any comments as to why we are unable to put right the things we could do better. We remember you would have liked to be on the ground floor, this room was unavailable for your stay. The room you had booked was on the 2nd floor. On your day of departure you asked for your bags to be carried down for you, which we had arranged to do for you both for 7.30 so you could be at the train station to meet your train for 8.15am, when we went up to your room at 7.20am you had already left. I can only assume that this had left you feeling unhappy. I can only advise for guest looking for ground floor rooms, as we have only one room available it is always best to contact us directly, not to book a room on the top floor if you have mobility problems that may make it difficult for you to get up 2 flights of stairs. We are unable to move you to a room on a lower floor as it is usually booked in advance.

Great weekend
What a good weekend. Location is really handy being very close to the high streets and also the sea front. Room very clean and nice size. Although very close to everything it’s position opposite the park means the nights are very quiet and peaceful. Very nice breakfasts and very friendly couple running it. Will definitely be revisiting.

Our stay at th Sherwood was really good. The hosts Rob & Lindale were most welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and the breakfast was bang on. The position of the hotel was superb. I cannot speak highly enough of the Sherwood and will definitely be returning there at some point in time and would certainly recommend it.

The Sherwood Hotel is perfectly located near all the local amenities. The street was quiet and it's opposite Tower Park. Quick and easy check in. Our room was spotless clean and very comfortable. The owners were fantastic. Really friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely return.

The hotel was lovely., the hosts Linda and Rob were amazing, they couldn't do enough for you. the breakfast was cooked to perfection with nothing left out and we could have had more [ we didn't as what we had was more than enough ] the room was large, bed really comfy and exceptionally clean. The hotel was in a brilliant spot for all the local attractions for Skegness. We rate it 10/10 and when we come back to UK we will definitely book in again if we are going to that area.
