"This is a great hotel in the downtown Austin area. The staff members were wonderful and friendly. We were attending a concert at ACL Live so the location was only a few blocks away. The rooms are nice and clean. I will definitely be back in the future. A++++"

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin."
