"Love the pet friendly, nice staff, great location. Not enthusiastic about the concrete rooms, but I did like the indoor-outdoor vibe, and the coffee downstairs was the best i've had in ages. Did not enjoy dogs barking in the morning from the doggy daycare just below the building. "

Very convenient location to everything going on downtown. They provide noise machines and earplugs because on a Saturday night it can be a bit rowdy below.
