Shop 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Toulon" 12 km, sandy beach "Bonnegrâce" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Hiking paths: Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Cassis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), bathroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), air conditioning. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. Abwechslungsreich. Schön waren auch der Ausflug nach La Cadiere und die Europäische Küstenrudermeisterschaften am Strand von Les Sablettes.

Confort comme à la maison

Maison extraordinairement bien équipée (rien ne manque) et décorée avec goût, literie confortable, quartier très calme, aucun vis à vis. Un seul regret s'il en faut un : il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.
