"Everything at this hotel was amazing. If you’re booking one of the A La Carte restaurants, the Waterfall restaurant (Mongolian) is a good pick. The staff were amazing especially M Hamdi who works in the buffet and also Mohammed, they made me and my family feel very welcome. The food at the buffet was great all around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. "I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!"

"Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. "I stayed at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with Hilton. The check-in process was smooth and professional. I requested both a room change and an upgrade, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I also asked for a specific room view, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. What truly stood out to me, however, was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. A special thank you to Mohammad Dimey and Yasir the bus driver,the team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to give special recognition to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made every day enjoyable and helped create a great atmosphere around the hotel. A special thank you to Diego and Fox, who were always friendly, engaging, and full of positive energy. I would also like to thank the two wonderful ladies on the entertainment team for their kindness, hard work, and for making guests feel welcome and included in the activities.
