"No way, shape or form this is a 5-star hotel. The room we were provided the first night was abysmally dirty: unvacuumed, smelling of smoke, with stained mattresses and box springs. To their credit, the staff was good and moved us into a different room the second night which was more along the lines of what this property sees itself as, but even this "suite" was simply a nice room that should be the standard of the hotel. "At the reception Mohamed El Kashef was simply awesome, he helped me at the check in, went above and beyond, breakfast was great, with something for everyone, Marian also helped me the next day with a few things and she was very pleasant and professional, the sea view was breathtaking, the hotel is clean and have a lot of history, food at the restaurant was really good and fresh, will be back, thanks "
