The staff is welcoming and there are so many extra special touches like, kits for making smores, games, chocolate dipped strawberries in the room with personalized handwritten note, bathrobes, charging spots and water kettle. "Absolutely perfect! This clean and comfortable rental had everything we needed and more. We cooked healthy meals every day in the well-stocked, high-quality kitchen, and enjoyed the fireplace every night. The calm water, green hills, variety of birds and gorgeous sunsets were a much-needed retreat between our 15 trips to UCSF (a mere 35-minute drive). There were many indoor and outdoor options to either gather or find some alone-time. The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with generous closets and drawers. The washer and dryer are high-quality and away from sleeping quarters. The driveway was big enough for visiting family members to park off the street. And when our loved one was tired from all those appointments, we were grateful for the lack of stairs, and how the power bed raised her head to look at that infamous view. Priceless!John and Patti were kind and generous with their communication. They made sure we knew what to expect before we arrived, texted a few heads-up during our stay, and had helpful notes around the house. There were cleaning supplies for us to use, and everything we needed to make this stay perfect.When life gives you lemons, find a place to make lemonade. This was that place. Did I mention they literally had a lush lemon tree? And sugar! Thank you, again and again!"

It is so well maintained, the home is absolutely stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the stars at night are like nothing I’ve seen before. Having fresh eggs was such a treat. "Fantastic location with pretty much everything you could think to need for a home away from home. Ample room, anything and everything you could need in the kitchen. Small details that made a huge difference for us included nightlights/sound machines in all the rooms (those with small kids, get it), no elevation changes/stairs (we stayed with my 80+ y/o grandparents), toys/games/books available for kids, and an EV charger on site. Multiple lounging areas, a bocce ball court and fire pit (for s'mores) were also big hits, since it was supposed to rain for most of our stay. Quiet, safe, felt like you were out in the country, could have spent the entire 'staycation' there without leaving. Would stay again!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Older parents couple stayed in pool house. 2 married children couples stayed in Farmhouse. Wish there was a TV in the pool house, since that had a big table to play games and nice sofa & chairs. We would go back when weather warmer. We did sit outside with fireplace on while barbecuing. Very well appointed accommodations. "
