Our stay at the Broadway Farmhouse was amazing!

The Broadway Farmhouse is a great destination for a trip to the Sonoma/Napa Valley! The house, the cottage and the pool house offered premier sleeping quarters for our family and friends. Amber has done a fabulous job decorating and providing all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay! The house is cozy and comfortable…we didn’t want to leave! The outdoor patios and fire pit allowed for evening chats and a glass of wine! The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for relaxing! This property exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you Amber!

Such an amazing property!

I can't imagine anything this property didn't have! Space for groups of people to be together, but also have alone time, high end finishes, hot tub/pool, fitness room, supplies, even farm fresh eggs! We LOVED our stay and hope to return.

Exquisite stay at a beautiful compound

We rented this property for a girls getaway ranging in age from 30’s to age 93.The main house is bright and open. It is furnished tastefully and immaculate throughout. The beds were very comfortable and every detail had been considered. The other two bedrooms were in cottages and were well furnished and private.The pool is really fun and we enjoyed having fresh eggs from the hens on the property.We would love to visit again soon.

Great farmhouse set on beautiful property! All the amenities for a perfect early holiday with family! Game room perfect for rainy days! Great layout of bedrooms with separate cottage and pool house! Hot tub was nice for chilly evening. Definitely a place we will come back to visit!

We didn't stay long enough

Fantastic property. Our group of 8 had a great time. Tons of room and great property with lots of get away spaces. We came in from the East Coast and having the chef and server come in the first night was awesome so we could just unwind and enjoy the property. The exercise room, pool and hot tub were excellent. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Awesome Sonoma Experience

If you are looking for incredible accommodations for your wine country experience, this is it! It’s only about 25 minutes from the Oakville area and where the great vineyards are at. We took a girls trip but this property can easily accommodate five couples comfortably. I cooked everyday and the kitchen was perfectly laid out. Super easy to communicate with the owners. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our 2 days stay and wish we had 1 more day. The porch swings are everything. The kids looked forward to checking for eggs in the chicken coop each day. They also lived in the pool and game room. I don't even think we watched any TV. Super cute personal touches. like, personalized house mugs, make up remover wipes in bathrooms, and extra blankets and pillows. Amber was very helpful and responsive with my questions during the booking and the stay. Would love to make this an annual tradition.

Dream first getaway with new baby and family

The Broadway property in Sonoma was the most indulgent and lovely nearby experience my family has ever had! We were looking to book a first adventure since welcoming our new baby with my parents, and this result came up! We are so lucky. Everything was exactly as advertised: large property, beautifully decorated, wonderful kitchen, AMAZING pool and hot tub, and located ~3 miles from Sonoma square with tons of incredible restaurants and wineries/ tasting rooms. The check in took our collective breath away. We spent almost an hour exploring the property. We had to pull ourselves away to leave and explore Sonoma every time because we were so happy there. And on top of it all, Amber was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. Can't recommend highly enough. We are already scheming our next visit and will invite more family next time since we now feel like it is our special getaway to share!

The most amazing property in Sonoma !

I highly recommend planning your next stay in Sonoma at Broadway Farmhouse! I planned a special get away with my children and grandchildren and the space was perfect. Kids were entertained in the super fun game room, the pool was luxurious the work out room fantastic ! We utilized all of the beautiful outdoor dining spaces. Amber’s communication was second to none. The property exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of this property from architecture to furnishings is outstanding and everything you could possibly think of was provided. I even utilized the recommendations that were provided … local chef for an amazing family style dinner and on property massages in the “Zen Den” I look forward to planning a return trip to this beautiful destination … it’s close to town which is super convenient , but to be honest we simply did not want to leave .

The perfect mom and kids getaway

All year my girlfriends and I have been talking about a mom and kid getaway for the summer! We finally made it happen and the Broadway Farmhouse was too good! We want to make it a yearly trip. I loved how everything was so thoroughly thought out. There were toddler utensils and plates, toys, a full sandbox with toys, crafts, pack n play and even an infant entertainment saucer. My 2yo enjoyed walking out to the chicken coop to find eggs and watering the sunflowers. Our older kids had a blast swinging on the rope and at night they sat around the fire pit and told silly stories. Everything about the farmhouse was peaceful and relaxing. Who knew I could drive an hour from home and find peace and calmness in a packed house. Our kids can’t wait to go back and make memories with their friends again! Thank you Amber for sharing your beautiful farmhouse! We look forward to booking again next summer.

Beautiful property, very peaceful!

Our family of 6 traveled in from OK and VA for a family vacation. We visited wineries, had delicious meals and relaxed! The chickens were fun to see, the house was spacious and comfortable for breakfasts and watching football and movies at night. We ate s’mores the last night by the fire pit! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did a grocery order and picked it up on our way in. Overall it was a spectacular vacation!

Amazing property, excellent location, can’t wait to stay here again!

This property made us feel right at home and was exactly what we were looking for in this family trip. We enjoyed the large kitchen area every day and the kids enjoyed the pool and game room every opportunity they could. The house is clean, rooms are comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip. Everyone in the group said they’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect stay and beautiful home

We stayed here while up in Napa for our wedding weekend. Everything was the Broadway house was perfect. The house was perfectly clean and was equipped with everything you can think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved using the space to host our closest friends and family and would recommend to anyone looking to have a special trip in the area :)
