"The room was comfortable and clean - very warm and cosy. The bed is quite soft and they gave me two pillows - one normal and one massive - which actually made sitting up and reading in bed very comfy. The duvet was quite thick for the summer, but that might just be me.The windows do a really good job of blocking out noise from the outside. I had a single room with its own bathroom - there was ample space for me. Yes, the towel rail is over the loo, but the rooms are compact so I am not really sure where else they would put them. My only complaint about the room is the lack of space for me to put my clothes. As I was staying for a week, I wanted to unpack and had to just stack all my stuff on the desk in the room provided. Not a huge hassle, just a thing. Certainly not severe enough to reduce the stars. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety, really nice fresh bread, and the staff were good at keeping everything topped up. For me though, the best thing was the location. It's really central with everything you need within a five/ten minute walk. I have read some of the comments about the lack of tea/coffee facilities etc. but that is clear in the room description so I don't know what people were expecting. Overall, I was really happy with my stay and would definitely use them again. "

"The staff was great. You need to know to ask for a spot with a vehicle charger if you have an electric car. If it is hot out, you will be hot as there is no A/C. We did not leave the window open because of the concert outside and the sea gulls in the morning (would be too loud). The shower is very small. Breakfast is traditional and nice."

"Welcoming staff. Very convenient location to airport and downtown. We could walk from airport after dropping off rental car. In same parking lot as grocery store. Taxis available for quick ride to downtown. Welcome drink was nice. View was awesome. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious coffee. Only downside was lack of towels in bathroom and you had to pay for parking at the hotel. "

"Very clean apartment,excellent for two people. Very useful having the supermarket on the ground floor. Regular bus service into the city as well. Cannot fault the communication. All access details clearly provided before arrival. The kettle in our room did not work and was replaced immediately when I emailed to report this."

"This was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the exceptional staff, who were so welcoming and went out of their way to make our experience fabulous, to the cabin itself, everything here was perfect. The cabin is elevated, with a panoramic glass front and ceiling, which facilitates an excellent view of the sea and the sky. This could've been gimmicky, but it wasn't. There was a state of the art wet room, and a beautifully furnished and functional kitchen which allowed us to have home comforts and a luxury hotel experience, whilst observing nature, the night sky and the landscape without camping. I loved it here and cannot recommend it highly enough. Waking up with a 360 degree view of the environment is a very special experience. It was breath-taking. Breakfast arrived beautifully packaged in a basket, with warm rolls, eggs, and yougurt, as if a magical picnic, which summed up the stay; magical. Indeed, the weather forecast showed low chances of seeing the Northern Lights, but we did during our stay! If you are looking for a more rural location in the Tromso area, I would strongly encourage you to stay here."
