"The staff is not receptive to when things go wrong. The young lady that checked me in was excellent so was the maintenance person. Once checked in calling downstairs after that is near impossible. I had a heating issue around 10:00pm and called downstairs four times and no one answered, not sure if they have someone 24/7. The bathroom didn’t have wash or bath gel had to wait 30 minutes only to have two of the same, I didn’t mind because the women was lovely, she left me with a bar of soap because the amenities stink! When checked in I was told I could get a late checkout only to have someone banging on my door. When I called downstairs the front desk person lied twice, she said she didn’t see the late checkout and the hotel was full booked, I checked online and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. "

"Overall the experience was mediocre. The staff were kind and friendly. The entire facility smelled musty. Our room specifically smelled awful. The bathroom had no vent and the shower steam had caused metal in the bathroom on the towel rack and door to rust, making the bathroom smell like rust. The hot water doesn’t get hot, and only stayed warm maybe 3 minutes (we were on the 4th floor). We (family of 4) were booked for 10 days and were only initially left towels enough for 3 people and one extra roll of toilet paper. The staff was kind every time we asked for extra toilet paper. The breakfast was ok. A decent selection but many of the hot foods seemed old and not fresh. The pool room wasn’t maintained well and the smell of chlorine was so strong it burned, no ventilation in the pool room. Overall, it was ok. If you are looking for somewhere more updated, clean, and a little higher scale, this is not the place. If you just need a quick place to stay and don’t care about the things I found complaint in, then you are fine. "

"Arrived on Friday afternoon, receptionist was rude. The bulding entrance is cramped and the hotel lobby area is small. I stayed on the third floor; there are 2 big trash bins right next to the elevator and there a lot of trashes outside the trash bin. The furnitures in my room are in subpar condition. In the kitchen one of the cabinet drawer is missing. In the desk the drawer bottem panel is not secured making the drawer unusable. The sofa bed is of 2 different type of materials and colors, the back cushions are fabric and the rest is vinyl, looks like it's some kind of repair work went awry. The AC unit did not work . I informed the front desk about the inoperable unit on Satutday, and I was told there is no building maintenance available on the weekend, and I'll need to wait until Monday. Monday came and went, nobody came, AC not working. Tuesday came and went, nobody came, AC still not working. I checked out on Wednesday. "

"The front entrance to the the hotel seems hidden. The hotel should reaynget the town to fix the huge pothole in the road just before the entrance. Otherwise very large room with kitchenette was fabulous. Hotel was good for a two day stay. Hotel is just by everything,.movie theater, restaurants, shopping all walking distance. Great pricing and good value highly recommend"
