It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, in waking distance to a large shopping plaza with anything you need to want. Breakfast in the morning was all you could ask for, hot, plentiful, clean. Would recommend and return if in the area again

The staff was super helpful and some of the friendliest that I've encountered. Parking was NOT an extra charge which was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. It was everything that we'd hoped for in a hotel to stay a week at. 100% plan on staying again next time at come to the area.

Kind staff and well maintained location. Carpet had a big stain and shower made a mess but nothing some towels couldn’t fix. Overall & most importantly 3 girls felt very safe.

6/10 Okay

The sheets at this hotel were so stiff it almost felt like they were made out of a paper bag. The room was clean but the hotel itself seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Complimentary breakfast was decent. But this visit was not worth the very expensive rate I was charged.

We have stayed here before and have always found the staff to be very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is a good selection of items. As we only stayed one night we were not able to use any amenities beyond breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area. Highly recommended. Additionally, it is right next to Lynnfield Marketplace, so if you are in the mood for shopping it is a great place to stay.

Check in was easy and quick. Our room was very clean and adequate for our needs. A/C was a bit noisy cycling on and off. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and food was excellent. Staff were friendly and professional. We'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel is just a bit dated...but will definitely stay again if visiting Salem. Downfalls: walls are very thin. Can hear the other rooms toilet flushing, showers and the doors slam very loudly. Our toilet seat was extremely loose...took you for a ride when you sat down. Told the front desk 2 separate days and no one showed up. Finally I called and they came right away. Maintenance only tightened seat but it was not aligned with toilet. Maintenance saw this and I guess was satisfied.

Great hotel, extremely kind, nice, and helpfull staff. They also helped us find things to do and what tomexplore in the area and greater area. Breakfast was very well taken care of and everything was fresh. Everything was also very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job. If there is anything negative about this hotel, than we did not find it. Will be back here in the future for sure.
