"Very Good experience but they have removed tea and coffee from the room. 5th floor unfortunately beside swimming pool so bit lack of privacy as you have to keep the curtain closed all the time."

"The staff were amazing and polite. Cant fault this property for anything. We had the junior suite and it was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, only downside was the rainfall showerhead didnt work but no big deal as rhd handheld one was more than sufficient. Location was great, 10 min walk from terminal 21. Its also close to the highway which means less waiting in traffic. Busy area lots going on but the rooms are quiet so no issue there. Attached restaurant does amazing food!!"

From fresh tropical fruits, pastries, and eggs made to order, to local dishes and healthy choices, everything was well presented and consistently fresh. The quality of ingredients really stood out, especially the coffee and hot dishes. The location of the breakfast area adds to the experience, with a stylish, modern design and plenty of natural light. It feels calm yet vibrant, making it ideal whether you’re easing into the morning or preparing for a full day exploring Bangkok. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always quick to clear plates or offer assistance. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome—smiles, polite greetings, and a willingness to accommodate requests made a noticeable difference.
