"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "

Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. "The room is cozy but small, very convenient location with shops, grocery stores, transportation and main attractions. Guest cards are excellent so you can save some money moving around town. Anicca is such an amazing host. There is a kitchen that can be used in the main lobby with coffee machine, tea, and microwave. Terrace has an amazing view from the city. Online check-in was easy and convenient and hotel keys were on the app for easy access to the facility. I would recommend this hotel. "

"We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again. "
