"This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff. Very good breakfast which was excellent value for money. Would recommend this hotel to families and couple alike"
"Indoor/ outdoor pools, games room, crazy golf. And very close to the beach.
The staff where excellent and very helpful and friendly.
The ramps for disabled guests where far to steep.
Would be useful if they had shower seats available for the walk in shower.
The cost of a meal in the dining room was excessively high, for the quality of food on offer."
"The property is great, all rooms are facing the sea and the views are breathtaking.
There are two swimming pools, the beach ⛱️ is just below the hotel.
The room was fantastic, two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Cabo de Gata.

"Spent 3 nights. Super nice room, big bathroom and big balcony. Next to road with traffic, but no problem, easy to jump on the bus to Granada centro (super cheap) and come back. Just leave the car at hotel. Added breakfast, very fair price and friendly staff."
"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip.
Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned.
The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use.
We paid for breakfast which was ok.
Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"The hotel is very well situated with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Hotel is clean and the towels are very nice, thick. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and tasted good. Front desk staff very friendly, especially Vicente. He was very friendly and courteous. Parking is around the corner and very secure. 22 Euro is normal."
"Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines Hotel was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The staff was very friendly and the location was a great base to explore the more touristy areas of Granada. Our room was huge and we were delighted to have a separate living room. This was a great value, and we would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting the city!"
