"Highly recommend! The front desk upgraded us for free from standard to king suite with panoramic views of the water, marina, and legislature building. Room was AMAZING. The hotel is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, and great views. We saw sea planes, a seal, and a gorgeous sunset. Check in and parking was also super easy."

"SO LOUD outside of hotel! ZERO soundproofing! Was so peed and stressed and asked in advance for quiet and got street side! I barely slept and one of my worst sleeps ever. I tried everything to draw out the noises of such idiots outside til 230 am. Was on a move help job and hard to not sleep much and have to drive a big moving truck back to Kelowna area this way. Come on! Finally sound proof the hotel then! It was also told to me this am early that so many leave hotel when this happens and no refunds! Exactly told to me. JUST FIX! "

"We stayed for two nights with a baby and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. On the first night, the heating system was not functioning, the blinds were broken (limiting the view), and the windows were noticeably dirty. Maintenance attended twice in the evening but was unable to resolve the heating issue. Although we were provided with a portable heater, the room remained uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep. We also requested a room change, but none was available at the time. The following day, a staff member kindly arranged an upgraded room, which we appreciated and found to be an improvement. Overall, the staff were courteous and made an effort to assist, which we do value. That said, given the price point (over $1000), the experience did not meet expectations for a high-end hotel. The building is old, with issues such as condensation on the windows and underperforming ventilation. For a hotel of this standard, we would expect all rooms to consistently meet a high level of quality. While the service was positive, the overall stay did not reflect the value paid, and based on this experience, we would likely consider other options in the future. "

"The beds are super comfortable, pillows are kind of small but I had a great sleep. Carpets in the hallways are a little smelly but you can’t beat the price per night and it’s a very secure building."
