Nie wieder dieses hotel!!!

Das Personal war unfreundlich. Doch diejenigen die ihnen was zugesteckt haben wurden auf Händen getragen. Hat man nichts gegeben wurde man schon richtig mit Verachtung betrachtet. Essen war nie genügend vorhanden, wenn man weiter hinten in der Schlange Stand hat man nichts mehr abbekommen. Aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht. Die snackbar wurde streng an die Öffnungszeiten betrieben. Kam man 2 min zu spät wurde man auf die Uhrzeit aufmerksam gemacht und hat auch nichts mehr bekommen können, wie z.b ein kleines Mädchen das ein eis wollte es jedoch schon kurz nach 5 Uhr war. Das Obst dort wird direkt neben dem toiletteneingang aufbewahrt. Der Strand an sich ist oder war sehr schön. Jetzt treiben sich dort sehr viele alte, kranke, obdachlose Hunde herum die überall ihr Geschäft erledigen. Man muss sehr aufpassen wo man hintritt. An der Rezeption wird man auch gefragt ob man gleich jetzt und unter Aufsicht dem hotel eine gute Bewertung geben würde, man erhält auch ein Geschenk dafür! Das beste kam zum Schluss indem in unseren Zimmer die uralt Minimalreform kaputt ging und Ammoniak auslief. Wir hatten bloß Glück dass dir die Balkontür aufließen und deswegen nicht erstickt sind oder uns vergiftet haben. Vor vier Jahren war dies ein super tolles hotel gewesen, jetzt kann ich nur sagen Finger weg!!

Very satisfactory...All sections of the hotel in very clean and good condition.Staff very helpfull .Location on the beach well maintained.2 outdoors and one indoors swimming pool. Service in the restaurants good and the food was very good. Location very close to a couple of shopping areas. Will go there again.

Turkey experience

Hotel was oriented towards the German tourist.We loved the location walking on the promenade and to the shops.Hotel was in scenic setting between beach and moutons.Food was served alacarte as not many guests at hotel,presented beautifully but quality was lacking.Tea,coffee,drinks always available cakes at set times which was enjoyable.Good value for the price paid.Trips to Side on local bus is a great outing for the day.
