"Great food and very nice pool"

"It was a great accommodation and thanks all the staff but especially Erkan from reception. "

"We had a great experience with our stay at this hotel. Definitely we will go back. From the beginning of our stay until the end, Ali Bey at the reception was very helpful and professional. Our room was very spacious and clean. The restaurant and food were very good. Hotel staff members very polite and friendly."

"Had a great stay at Arum, staff very helpful and nice."

"The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes. Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

"excellent location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and definitely recommended."

"excellent home for the elderly"

"I had a pool view room very modern and big. Welcome at reception was really friendly and also the staff was all very helpful. I liked the big variety of food including live cooking. The area is surrounded by a wonderful garden with many areas to relax and the beach is clean and enough sunbeds. Definitely a hotel to stay again. "

"Beautiful location, lots going on, great rooms with balconies abd incredible all inclusive service"

"Had a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for all ages. The beach was lovely and the bars were easily accessible all around the property. The Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Overall a really good stay! "

"Bayram yoğunluğu olmasına rağmen yemekler, temizlik, hizmet harikaydı"

"Everything was great. Of course there's always a room for improvement, like more information about entertainment, changing rooms on the beach etc. Nonetheless, the stay was very good"
