Beim Check-In wurde behauptet, dass ich nicht gebucht hätte und der Check-In erfolgte verzögert. Insbesondere das Frühstück war nicht gut. Mindestens 5x am Tag ist die Sicherung beim Fernsehgucken etc. rausgeflogen. An einem Tag hatte ich eine kalte Dusche.

Ein sehr altes Hotel Modernisierung bedürftig, eine sehr große Anlage. Rutschen eine Enttäuschung. Im Hotel hauptsächlich nur Russen dementsprechend auch alles auf die abgestimmt. Essen geht so. Personal super freundlich. Hotel keine 5 Sterne mindestens 3.

Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was provided for a typical holidaymaker from Turkey and there were no signs of any kitchen staff to ask for alternatives throughout our stay. This was also the case for other meals consequently we mainly dined out at Friends Restaurant about 10 mins walk away.

Städning dålig, smutsig pool, toaletter ur funktion, lång kö till mat vid pool-bar. Italiensk restaurang katastrofal; dålig mat, dålig service. Inte ens en italiensk flagga... Mat i main restaurang var toppen, likaså servicen. Wi-fi funkade inte till 100%.

Tesis Mükemmel, Hizmet ve Temizlik çok zayıf

tesisisin doğa ile bütünlüğünü çok beğendik. Ne zaman ki yemek saati yaklaştı bizim bulunduğumuz bina (2112 nolu oda) ve havuz kenarı yemek, balık, ve yağ kokularından nefes alınmaz hale geldi. Yemek servisi çok berbat. soğuk su imkansız gibi birşey. 2000 kişi yemek yiyor sadece 1 tane su soğutma dolabı var. Elekaltı levrek balıkları kalitesiz yeşillik yok. salata anlayışı hiç yok. Plastik bardaklar. yıkanan bardaklardan alkol kokusu çıkmıyor.Karpuz alacaksın tabaklar bulaşıkhaneden yeni çıkmış hem kirli hem sıcak. Karpuz,meyve, salata vs. tabakta mecburen ısınıyor.Tabakları peçete ile tekrar silmelisin. Ortalıkta garson yok sadece garson görünümlü boş tabakları toplayan gençler var. Kaşık bulmak zor. Kendi birasını, kolasını, meyve sularını üreten otelin bu türlü içecekleri berbat ve içilecek gibi değil. Havuzda hijyen kontrolü yok. Bebekler mayolu bez kullanmıyor. Çiş sebest. Havuza girmeden önce misafirleri duş almaya sevkedecek ne bir dizayn ne bir kontrol var. herkez cumburlop havuza. Dondurma servisinin adı var. Bonesiz eldivensiz bir kişi elleri dondurmanın içine bata bata dondurma külahlıyor kuyrukta bekleyenlere.çocuğuma yatarken içirmek için süt yok bulamadım. Yalnız bay kabul edilmez deniliyor lafta kalmış. Etrafta damsız erkekler kol geziyor.Çay soğuk, sıcak çikolata, sütlü nescafe curu su. Animasyon ekibine teşekkür etmeden geçemiycem. Şunu da söyleyeyim plajın 20 mt. civarı kayalıklarla dolu. Ayaklarınızı taş kesmesin dikkat.

En 3 stjerne Hotel

Der var mange bestemte nationer på hotele som om at der ikke var plads for andre turister på hotelet d.vs at de ignorede andre turister på hotelet. Genntagelige mad på bordet og de var ikke variende mad som man forventer fra en 5 stjerner hotel. Og man skal være hurtig til at spise mad ellers er der ikke mere god mad. Dårlig kølskab der blev skiftet to gange på vores værelse. Hotel værelset var dårligt på grund af det var under skrå tage. Gammle fjernsyn på hotelet( 5 stjerne hotel?).

jeg synes at der skal arbejde mere på til at blive en 5 stjerne hotel. men der var en ny hotel og ser godt ud. tæt på strande og ligger mellem antalya og alanya. de have 5 pool og plads til alle kunderne ved poolen. mad var for kedeligt. 2 dage var dårlig service under måltid som vi nødtil at klage. hygiejne material svar ikke til en 5 stjerne hotel. men personale( medarbejderne) var meget flink. vi booke et familieværelse til 4 person men der var kun 3 seng i værelse. de mener at expedias fejle at informer ikke os om en standard familieværelse har kun 3 seng!!!!

Five Star, hmmm ?!?!?

Vi både på detta MEGA hotell 1/7 tom 5/7-13. All inclusive dock var maten under all kritik och drinkarna var katastrof, frukosten var dock bra. Vi bodde där med våra barn som njöt av de stora poolerna och vattenparkerna. Ytorna på detta hotell är gigantiska och WiFi funkar sisådär :) Butikerna runt om = svindyra Stranden = okey med alla vattensporter Vi var de ända svenskarna och av 1400 rum var 700 lediga vilket var underbart. Gratis parkering och helt okey SPA.

Hotal Sural Resort - mangler lidt børnefaciliteter

Et udemærket hotel, som dog ikke henvender sig primært til børnefamilier. Der var ingen legeplads, trampoliner eller lign. Eneste børneaktiviteter var 3 spilleautomater og nogle gamle plastic rutchebaner som var opstillet på et lille område ved poolen. Personalet på hotellet forstår stort set intet engelsk og gør sig kun let forståelig på tysk. På det fuldt belagt hotel i uge 28 var der hun et hold danskere ud over vores familie. Resten var hovedsageligt østeuropærere, russere og tyskere. Ikke en speciel god børnebuffet - meget ringe udvalg. Vi kommer desværre ikke tilbage til dette hotel med børn igen.

MIKÄLI KAIPAAT TODELLISTA RENTOUTUSTA JA LEPOA !

Olemme neljän hengen perhe ja kaikki meni hyvin. Jopa niin hyvin, että välillä ihtmettelimme, että voiko tähän hintaan saada erinomaisen huoneen, loistavan palvelun sekä erittäin runsaan ruokavalikoiman ja vieläpä hyvin maukasta laatua. Ainut moite ruuasta oli jälkiruokien makeus, jotka oli ilmeisesti tehty saksalaisia ajatellen. Toinen miinus oli ehkä se, että kommunikointi englannin kielellä ei meinannut millään onnistua, joten jouduin verestämään saksan kielen taitojani. Syksyllä ehdottomasti uudelleen näillä hinnoila. PS. hienompaa ranta-aluetta löytyy tuskin koko turkista. Matala turvallinen ranta ensimmäiset 50 metriä ja mukava pehmeä hiekka ja kaikki palvelut rannassa.

Très belle piscine!

Hotel plutot agréable et très bien entretenu. 2 piscines principales dont l'une est immense donc pas de risque d'être les uns sur les autres. Personnel très sympathique. Seul inconvénient: manque d'animation, je dirais mêmepresque inexistante. A recommander si vous préférez le calme.

Hotel moyen, langue officielle russe puis allemand

c'est en fait 2 hotels relies par un tunnel. La chambre est spacieuse et propre mais decors interieur modeste. 2 grands piscines mais tres peu d'espace autours (1 des piscines a les chaiselongues par dessus sur 1 pont) ce qui donne un sentiment clostrophobique. Cuisine bonne. repas abondant. Animation nulle. Bon plage en sable ce qui justifie une satisfaction d'ensemble.

Snakker ikke engelsk på hotellet

Vanskelig å bli forstått når besettningen på hotellet bare snakker tysk og tyrkisk. Oppholdet var ellers ganske bra. Kommer vel ikke å dra tilbake med det første.
