"I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though"

"I booked Angsana because of the lovely setting of the resort. I’m disappointed with how the resort is maintained with shower drains being clogged, no hand towels in the bathroom.
