"Hemwant and Souray from the Private Dining team made our stay extremely enjoyable through excellent service and going beyond to celebrate my wife's bday. Gaurav and Fatima from experience team also helped tremendously by sourcing flower bouquet for my wife and buying it himself to ensure the flower is handled properly. Such amazing staffs!"

"Staff were excellent. Reception staff attentive, resturant staff really show you the love. We stayed 8th floor. Avoid that at all costs as it is directly under the 24hr kitchen and noise is constant. Problem with room being unavailable at time of checking. Took some persuding but staff gave suite to temporarily resolve problem"

"The property was good, neat, and clean, and overall we had a decent experience. The pool is also good and well maintained. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was quite overpriced and, unfortunately, not very good in taste. There were also some issues with water availability and electricity cuts during the daytime, which was inconvenient. Regarding the staff, Pradeep was very helpful and quick to respond, and I really appreciate his support. However, Preetham was not...
