"Check-in was speedy and efficient when we asked about transport to the airport very early the next morning. The car was available straight away at 3.50 am and the journey took just 5 mins at a cost of 590 rupees ( approx £5) . We thought that much easier than arranging a taxi at that time in the morning. The man who delivered our luggage to the room was very helpful and the room was totally satisfactory with a good shower and bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfy. In room dining was very good and the pizza was delivered in about 30mins. The person who delivered the food was very nice and would not accept a tip which I thought was exceptional.My only criticism was that I could not hear very well when I used the phone for in-room dining, I had to keep asking them to speak up."

"My stay was unfortunately not up to expectations. Cleanliness was a major concern — I found leftover cigarette butts on the balcony, and the toilet bowl had visible dirt/staining inside. The room corners and edges also had noticeable dust and dirt, which made the overall hygiene feel below standard. Communication and service at the front desk were also disappointing. The staff responses felt very rigid and unhelpful. They were not willing to assist with an early breakfast at 7 AM or allow even a one-hour late checkout. Although they provided a packed breakfast, it only included one sandwich, an apple, and a banana, which felt quite minimal and not equivalent to a proper breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I hope the management takes steps to improve these areas."

"The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained very well. The staff is well trained and courteous. The food was great. It was a great stay overall. My only peeve was that loud music is played near the pool area all day. The pool is centrally located, so there is never a quiet, relaxing time near the pool or the outdoor restaurant area. Everything else was excellent. "
