"My second time staying there and both times it was excellent. The room was warm, the towels soft and fluffy, I only wish they had softer pillows as I woke with a sore neck, but overall, a very relaxing stay."

"Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. If you run out of tea,milk pods sugar there is a cupboard when you walk in to help yourself and lollies which I found a lovely touch. Will definitely return but won’t park under the trees in front as a terydactyl 😂 had pooped on my car!"

"Nice full breakfast including in a very reasonable room rate. No onsite parking but found a parking site for £6 for 24 hours only 7 minutes walk away. Hotel is very close to both Shrewsbury train and bus stations. Very close to the river Severn. Good selection of bars and restaurants not too far away."

"5th stay here. Always a lovely visit. Highly recommend breakfast. Clean room and nice amenities. Had to use the overflow parking around the back. But its a better spot less crowded and very handy if you're staying in the annex building which we prefer."

"We recently stayed at the St Nicholas Boutique Hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to our day. A special shout-out to Brush, who makes the absolute best Porn Star Martinis at the bar! Throughout our entire stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We loved our short time here and will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Free parking on site nice views and gardens around the castle the staff were very friendly great team work room was clean and tidy and dinner 35 and breakfast was very nice the only thin. g in my room was the gas cental wasn't working wall radiator wasn't working despite turning it on full at the value it was cold unless the staff have turned it off from the main boiler room due to cost to heat up a big castle throughout. ."
