"Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience."

"The twin room i booked was clean and presentable and fitted our needs perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was a menu to choose from so you choose your own variation of breakfast.
Staff were helpful, friendly and polite, overall, even though we only stayed one night, as we were attending a family wedding nearby, i would have no hesitation on staying here again."

"Great stay, parking available and close to the town centre, loved sitting on the sun deck and enjoying a drink before an amazing meal at the restaurant."
"The property is old beams, four poster beds, sloping floors, beautiful property nice restaurant local to shops pubs and staff young and very helpful and polite nothing too much trouble, our room had a king size 4 poster bed high but very comfortable good shower too, definitely be going back again food was very good also and when you stay you get 10% off food and drink"
"Hotel was very good however very hot inside and if you stay at the back of the hotel it’s quite noisy early in the morning. Bins and beer barrels rolled down the cobble streets at 6 in the morning."
"We had 2 very nice nights here and the experience of the stay was matched by it's elegance in appearance. The rooms were clean and tidy and offered a feel of a traditional quality. All members of staff from the receptionist, waiting staff, bar staff even the cleaning and gardening staff all were polite and helpful and professional about their roles. The food was of equal standard and delicious."
"We stayed for one night and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ok, it is a little dated but on the other hand the building is full of history and character. Parking on site at a discounted price very much appreciated considering its town centre location. There is no breakfast or restaurant facility, but who would not want to venture the few yards outside the hotel where you are spoilt for choice for lovely wide ranging places to eat. Look forward to staying here again."
"Despite a lack of dedicated parking, the Parking is plentiful with an NCP directly opposite.
Room and public areas are immaculate.
The staff were very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was excellent, less so the continental choice."
