"We stayed at the Fairfield Manor, and we had a wonderful time. The place was filled with a variety of snacks and coffee on demand. Chef John also serves amazing breakfasts and even let us sample some of the food for an upcoming wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and roaming around the gracious grounds outside our house. My husband and I both had a restful night in a super comfy king-sized bed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. This was our second time to stay with Chef John, but it won’t be our last! "

"The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy. "

"Incredible all the way. Check-in was instant. Usually takes 10 minutes or so super fast everything they did. Rooms were clean. No problems there. Hotel needs some touchups in a few places on the main walls but i dont expect perfection. I was happy. Super friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel if given the chance. 11 out of 10"
