"Beautiful place 5 minutes from Petra. Moumen made us feel at home and the traditional local meals cooked by his mom were delicious. Amazing view of Wadi Musa from the dining hall, especially at night. Would definitely stay there again. "

"My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sunset hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to my new friend Firas, who assisted us right from the start of our journey. He dedicated himself to helping us plan our itinerary, and without his support, our amazing trip wouldn't have been possible. The hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. We will certainly return again in the future. Highly recommend hotel."

"It’s a good price for what you get. It’s close to the entrance of Petra. It’s up one of the hills, so the walk home after a whole day in Petra might be challenging after a long day. The rooftop is very nice. "

"Hotel is very close to the Petra Visitor Center and so a very ideal base for sightseeing in Petra. Room rate came with free minibar (soft drinks and mineral water) and complimentary box of Arabic biscuits. Room has capdule coffee machine. The powerful rainfall shower is an added bonus. Hotel has pool, sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were very professional and courteous to guests."

"We were looking for an affordable stay near Petra and this one did the job. Bed was comfortable and the front desk people were extremely helpful in organizing activities. My only complaint is that the shower and bathroom area were smaller than expected. A good option for your stay in Petra. "

"Great service. We forgot our passports in a restaurant and the hotel manager and staff were extremely helpful in contacting the restaurant for us. we were able to get them back by 7:30am even though the restaurant doesn't open until 10am. They were also very pleasant and not pushing for 5-star reviews like most other hotels and tours we took. Seemed very genuine and were interested in us having a good time. Breakfast buffet was simple (eggs, humus, toast, cereal) and consistent each morning, but at the time we stayed there weren't many other guests, so this might have been different during busy periods. Overall, for the price, we'd stay there again."
