"Our climate control was broken; we got to our room, and it was set at 60 F. I tried to increase the temperature, but the wall controller didn't respond, so I contacted the front desk. They sent someone up who confirmed the unit was malfunctioning. And they would fix it next day, which they didn't. I had to turn the unit off and let the room heat up, then turn it back on again when the room got too hot. Up and down all night for two nights. I guarantee they never fixed it. "
