It's an easy 800m or under 10 minute stroll to the water's edge of beautiful Shoal Bay and to the restaurants, cafes and shops that line the waterfront. Swim in the pristine bay waters, play in the soft white sand, stroll the coastline, explore the local walking trails, and make use of the free BBQ and picnic facilities along the foreshore reserve - this laidback beach town has everything you could want for a memorable family holiday.



This modern property has all the comfort and conveniences that you need for your holiday at the coast. With 2 cosy living areas, ducted air-conditioning, great alfresco entertaining and plenty of space for the family to spread out, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.



On the entry level, you'll find 2 separate lounge rooms including an LCD TV, plus an 8-seater dining table and kitchen that is ideal for those who love to cook. It is fully equipped with a 5-burner oven, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, and cooking implements, so you'll have everything you need to create gourmet feasts when you feel like dining in. And when you don't, it's just a short walk to the restaurants, cafes, pubs and takeaway shops that line the waterfront!



Step outside to the covered patio area with a BBQ, alfresco dining table and ceiling fan, and a large grassed yard for the kids to play in.



The ground level also has an internal laundry with washer and dryer, an extra toilet and a single lock up garage with plenty of room to park 2 cars in the driveway.



The upstairs level has 4 large bedrooms, all with built-in robes, and the main family bathroom which has a bath, separate shower and a toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite with shower and toilet, and access to a small balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third has 2 single beds, and both rooms overlook the backyard. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the younger members of the family with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).
