Even your pet can go on holidays with you to this casual holiday property it set out to sleep 6 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the comfort of a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans in the lounge room/ dining room area.
There is a great undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ, so you can cook up a feast while watching the kids and the fur baby playing in the enclosed back yard. This is a very relaxed, private area where you can sit back, relax and listen to the local bird life singing or sit down to watch a movie on the Smart Tv and enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi!
A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with full cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine, toilet and shower and the property a clothesline in the backyard.
There is a single garage and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. If you are good at reversing a boat, you can even fit a small tinnie up to 14 foot in length.
Refundable Security Deposit of $200 is required for booking.

The unit was great clean and had everything you need, yes as others have noted an odd collection in the kitchen but has all that was needed. Comfortable beds and lounges. Great yard for kids and in our case my dog. Disappointing that the beaches close to the property are no dogs, but only just over 1km walk to Shoal Bay which does have a dog on leash section. The real estate that manages the property are quite blunt and not friendly in their communications.

There was not a decent set of cutlery we can use, there were a couple of teaspoons, not enough for four people, not even soap to use in the bathroom or kitchen, no kitchenware to cook, and the beds had animal hair
We had a great holiday at Lorikeet Retreat. This property was in a fantastic location for us - just very short bike rides to Shoal and Fingal bays and box beach. Our dog was also very comfortable. The yard had plenty of shelter for him. Overall we were comfortable and happy in this property. There were just a couple of issues with cleanliness. We had to give the BBQ a thorough clean to make it useable. Also some of the cupboards and drawers could have done with a good clean out. We would definitely stay again though.
Clean, spacious, comfortable, dog-friendly accommodation. Lots of space in the yard for the dog, with a very nice lawn to play on and a verandah in the sun.
The bed was very comfortable - very important, the lounge a little less so, but with lots of cushions to pad it.
The fridge was quite noisy and made occasional funny wheezing sounds. One of the toilets had a deodoriser which caused an allergic reaction however I was able to avoid it.
The agent was extremely helpful in assisting with tuning the TV at short notice on Saturday morning. Overall a good week-end away. Thanks O'Meara Team.
