Totally renovated in December 2023 this apartment's colours, tones and textures featured throughout create a cool coastal and yet relaxed vibe.

Air Conditioned and ceiling fans ensure you stay cool in the summer. The natural breeze that flows effortlessly and the magnificent views across Shoal Bay and the Headlands assures your stay here is a truely memorable experience.

Neutral with coastal panelling and featuring an abundance of natural light, the contemporary open plan living and dining area with pure wool carpeting, has ducted air conditioning, a ceiling fan and smart TV.

New kitchen with fridge, oven/stove top, double drawer dishwasher and is fully self contained.

The new bathroom with neutral tiling has a shower with rain head, heated towel rails, toilet and basin.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and wall mounted smart TV. Bedroom 2 offers double and single bedding. Both bedrooms are carpeted, air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Linen is included with beds made.

Shoal Bay stay

Thank you! The unit is a lovely space - clean & fresh, comfortable - we were only 2x but would have been very comfortably for 4x. Communication was always efficient and professional. Located across from the beach and short walk shops/ restaurants & cafes/ salons/ walking tracks. Windows both sides of unit meant cross breeze/ventilation was gorgeous and lots of light; Lamps throughout the place are a nice touch; Towels are soft; kitchen reasonably well stocked; utilities avail; and for the rainy (or resting days) there are magazines / reading material /DVDs / games. Just be mindful - unit located on top floor with no lift for moving luggage / if any physical limitations. Would def stay again / highly recommend - lovely!

Spacious and the best location !

The location of the unit is perfect ! Right next to SBCC and only a 10 min walk to the Tomaree track. It was very clean, had everything you needed and the balcony looks right over onto Shoal Bay beach. I can’t fault it at all - I’ll definitely be booking this place again ! Thanks for allowing us to book such a great property.

Shoal Bay stay

The property itself is in a great location, very close to the Country Club and shops etc. The balcony offers a great view of the water. The property itself was good and reasonably maintained. Note there is no WiFi at this property and no air conditioning. Whilst the temperature was ok for us due to time of year, two fans in the property would not be enough in the middle of summer. We found the property manager Nicole to be short with her responses and rude when we queried an issue with the TV i.e. it was not working. Other than her very poor customer service ethic the property and stay was good.
