"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hostel in Ishigaki, Japan, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hostel exuded a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Additionally, the hostel's proximity to the beach was a definite highlight,...
"Overall, our stay at ANA was a delight. Breakfast options were plentiful and upscale (especially the Japanese offering) and service was always friendly and top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a small section of the pool reserved for adults-only, as I felt the property was more so geared towards children (all three pools) and less towards adults/couples looking to relax. "
"The most incredible stay at this lovely space overlooking the water. Super friendly staff, clean, tidy and enjoyable rooms. We will be going back one day! "
"The staff was very kind, the outside space such as the yard is beautiful, the room was very clean. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious and beautiful. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"
"The Breakfast Hotel lets you make your own smoothie in the morning. It's a winner for all guests.
Overall a great hotel with an open bar for happy hour between 5 and 8pm.
A couple of the parking spots could be better for lower ride cars. But generally parking is easy . Be aware of the one way street though!
Would happily stay again."
"The bathroom was very small. I wish it’s bigger. The location is very convenient: grocery stores are close and the bass stop is right in front of the hotel. "
"Great location and accommodating to foreigners. Worth booking if you are looking for a "apartment hotel" with a kitchen and space to do your own thing. Imagine the space and number of beds would be a great benefit for larger groups. Bear in mind there is no check in staff to assist unless directly requested. But this was what we looked for so worked well!"

"Very spacious. It’s not new but clean and well maintained.
Room has bubble bath and face sheet too! "
"I was pleasantly surprised by the newness and cleanliness of this property. The staff was really nice, and the room was huge for the price. Everything, including the laundry machines, was new and in working order. The rooms looked and felt totally new, like it had been recently renovated. We visited at the end of June, and it was way too hot to use the grills, but if we ever came back during the winter, I think we would use them.
The only possible minus is that it’s not within walking distance from the port. But we knew this going in, and it served our purposes.
If you don’t mind, the fact that it’s not within walking distance from the port, this is a great place to stay."
"The hotel is beautiful and well located on the beachfront. We had a stunning view. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful.
The only thing we were very disappointed in was the poor level of English in the reception area. It was painful and at times impossible to inquire about anything. They have a service app that was helpful with most things but when it wasn’t working or it wasn’t a simple matter and you have to go through reception it is very difficult. "
"Very clean, full kitchen and bikes to use for free. Downside was only one toilet for the whole hostel and paper thin doors meant we could hear everything in the common space and it was noisy. "
"We loved the layout of the Superior Bunk room for a family with teenagers. Pool and sauna areas were a highlight and a beautiful place to relax. The restaurant was a little pricey for Japan, but the food was excellent. If you have a car, I highly recommend this hotel. "
