"Had a lovely stay at George townhouse. Rooms were lovely and was nice that the room was freshened up even though we were only there 2 nights. We had dinner here and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!"

"Property is great and would highly recommend to anyone heading to the Cotswolds area. Nice, quiet, accessible home that's a great place to "come home to" after day of touring. Good proximity to lots of locations (Stratford Upon Avon, Stonehenge, Bath, etc). The home is very well equipped and has space to spread out. Rooms had decent space and beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped and host even provided a nice cake upon arrival. Living room, dining room, and sun room were all very well maintained and I think the actual furniture was newer (different style) than what was shown in the photos. Also had little clothing washer. Only issue we had was that the location was not accurately plotted on Google Maps (or Apple Maps don't recall which one we were using at the time) and it took us down the street to one of the neighbors. Fortunately, the neighbor came out (very nice guy) and pointed us to the right house. Also, seems pretty typical for houses in the area, but the 4PM check-in was kind of late and the 10AM check-out seemed a little early (used to 11AM-12PM). Overall, would definitely recommend to small families."

"Shower didn’t work far too hot forced to have a bath. Room was covered in dirt, dents and scuff marks everywhere. Plug sockets for lamps were not legal UK ones they were Indian ones, made us feel unsafe."

Our room (#6) was excellent except it had low beams and was approached by a steep staircase with narrow steps. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and restaurant was also very good quality and value"
