"This hotel is perplexing. Good location, seemingly good pool, etc. Rooms are incredibly outdated, walls are paper thin. With normal conversations and movement it sounded like the people normally talking next door were sitting at the table with me. And any walking around upstairs sounded like a marching band. The all-tiles flooring didn't help it. Rooms were well stocked with cooking utensils and pans etc in the kitchen. This could be really good, but it's not. Whoever was at the front desk wasn't very friendly just pointing me to the computer check in terminals which are labeled incorrectly. Screen says scan drivers license face down, machine says face up (or vice versa) - neither worked. "

"Check in was smooth and even met the owner who was very friendly. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Really enjoyed my experience. I’ve ever go back to Kissimmee. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel. Plenty of parking and a nice little pool."

"This is my second stay at Magic Key and it's a quick and easy stay. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but for the price, the room is very clean. The check-in process is easy and the hotel's location is close to Disney and other popular destinations. We will definitely stay again."

"The floors in our unit 2255 were dirty. The bottoms of our feet and socks were black. There was a kids tooth on floor under dining room table. Bath in master was dirty had hair and dirt in it. We had to clean it before using. We had to wash pan and dishes before using as they were greasy. 2 of 3 beds were hard like laying on the floor. We have stayed at star island many times, however we will be looking else where from now on. "

The rooms felt very outdated and did not seem clean at all, which made it uncomfortable to relax. Overall, the condition of the hotel was far below what I was expecting. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very limited options and little to offer. Honestly, I would not return. The stay was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations in any way. The overall cleanliness and condition were unacceptable, and at times it felt quite gross."
