"My brothers and I came for a Disney and Universal trip. So for a hotel, we simply needed a place to lay our heads. The seasons Hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, and they did a great job cleaning around all the stuff we had laying about during the week. if you’re wanting a place to rest in between all of your fun, this is a great place to go that is affordable. "When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said there. I feel the customer service there needs to be changed the hotel isn't Hilltop but it's still a good hotel they should be friendly and helpful."
