It takes about 15 minutes’ walk from New Shirakawa (Shin Shirakawa) Train Station, or you can catch a taxi at about 1000 Yen. There are several restaurants located within five minutes’ walking distance, however, it is relatively far from downtown Shirakawa and Komine Castle."

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."

"steps away from shin shirakawa bullet train stations and a short walk to aeon mall, 711,, unfortunately i could not get a non smoking room , i hope they ban smoking rooms indefinitely and jus have a designated area , clean airs for all 👍"
