This hotel is very convenient since it is very close to the Shinagawa station so we stayed at this hotel several times. But it seems the quality and service of this hotel is declining. This time, the room was not ready till 16:15 for 15:00 check in. And we were told that our check out time is still 11:00, the normal time. Staff were not that friendly as used to, and had less smile.
