The hotel’s customer service is one of the best things! Hotel staff greeted us on the arrival. Check-in was fast (less than 5 minutes). They allowed us to go to our room 40 minutes earlier than the usual time. Their English is minimal but enough to understand all requirements and regulations. The room is big and very clean. The free on-site parking is big for lots of cars. The beds are very comfortable. I love the pillows. The included dinner with the room was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner, and the foods tasted great. Mr. Yokote, our waiter, was very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, and always smiling. He explained all detailed information of our meals in English. Breakfast buffet was included in the room.

Despite it being a massive onsen complex, we didn't feel like it and the service was excellent, multiple restaurants/bars/baths, 10 minutes walk from city center which probably explains why it's cheaper than the rest of the town.

なんといっても、お風呂の種類が豊富で、泉質も良く、ぬる湯が多かったのがとても癒され疲れが取れました また、ビュッフェスタイルのお食事もお料理の種類が豊富で、ほとんどどれもが美味しかったです。 スタッフの方のおもてなしもとても明るく丁寧で気持ちが良かったです

掃除が行き届いている綺麗なホテルでした。お風呂や館内の施設は広々として充実しています。接客もとても親切で、さすが老舗だと感じました。お料理も美味しかったです。ただ、外が寒かったせいか部屋のエアコンはあまりききませんでした。
