"The hotel os located roght on front of Kussharo, but there is nothing much around there, so you are forced to have your food inntheir pricey restaurant. They do not provide bottled water in the rooms, or any other amentities like hair comb, shaving kit etc. beyond the necessary amentities like toohbrush; those are to be connected at the downstairs Lobby."

"Great accommodation. Close to the fisherman’s wharf and downtown spots. Easy to find and great parking for our rental car. Friendly staff and nice gift shop. Bed was comfy and bedroom and bathroom were clean. Would stay here again."

"The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!"
