"What an amazing stay with great food and onsen. The room is spacious and beds are very comfortable, clean and soft. The onsen is with high quality water, a bit busy and clean and therapeutical. It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn. "The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English. The only good things of the hotel are exterior view and food. "
